Brief:
E-Letters is a simple portal used by the employees a few times in a year. The volume of usage is very high during the few days when a companywide bonus or incentive is announced.
The current design had the following problems to be solved:
1. Visual navigation scheme was not easy to discover
2. Main navigation menu was hidden and user has no clue
3. System did not remember user's data and hence startup was so tedious

EHR-Electronic Health Record has been in US for quite some time now. But the absence of an understanding between providers, patients, labs and pharmacies have resulted in no improvement in EHR design and use.
This concept was to rethink the way EHRs will be used and consumed by providers to take decisions. Allowing user to easily browse huge records (100s of interactions) in a simple navigational mechanism.

- Providing collapsible windows and sections
- Using latest web 2.0 tech, any single section could be expanded or collapsed in one click
- Easy preview of attachments
- Allow other actions like Schedule meetings and Add task to emails
- Contacts ribbon will allow users to see which other contact is online and also add a quick contact easily
- Export contacts is one click operation
- Tasks ribbon provides easy access to see today's tasks and also an intuitive way to see which tasks are due or completed |
